A woman says she waited 19 hours at Parkland Memorial Hospital's emergency department for treatment of a broken leg and never did get to see a doctor - but still got a bill for $162.

- Us v. them? You're kidding right. . . with the "thug" attitude about not ratting out their peers in the 'hood . . . Cops can't solve the crimes they already have on the books, never mind judges who let repeat offenders out who reoffend again and again until they're caught again.
